Herbal extracts of passion flower, chamomile, bladderwrack, meadowsweet, sea kelp, ginkgo and spirulina refresh and soothe your skin as they wash away lingering impurities. Botanical Toner gently removes final traces of makeup, grime and excess oils without drying skin or stripping it of natural humectants. It contains no alcohol, and uses only the following mild botanical astringents, so it protects your skin's natural moisture balance:

Passion Flower: known for its soothing properties.

Chamomile: a potential anti-irritant that soothes skin with its rejuvenating and relaxing benefits.

Sea Kelp: contains tannins, a natural astringent that tones the skin.

Bladderwrack: a soothing seaweed.

Meadowsweet: an herb with astringent qualities.

Ginko: believed to enhance blood circulation.

Spirulina: an algae with astringent and toning qualities.

Botanical Toner is dermatologist tested and approved. It will not sting or irritate sensitive skin.

Application...
Use morning or at night after cleansing with Gentle Cleansing Creme, Micro-Exfoliating Creme or Five-Minute Revitalizing Masque. Moisten a cotton pad with Botanical Toner, and sweep over face and throat. Re-moisten or use additional cotton pads as necessary. Botanical Toner leaves skin feeling fresh and exhilarated, while preparing it to receive your Hydron alpha-hydroxy product (Tri-Activating Skin Clarifier) or your Hydron moisturizing products ( Facial Moisturizer, Moisture Balance Restorative or Hydronamins). These products work most effectively on skin that has been pH-balanced.
