I too have used Hydron since it's QVC days and have loved it. I get compliments on my skin all the time and I'm convinced that it's the Hydron! However, after my last order I thought the consistency of the product was different and I didn't see the SPF 15 but I thought maybe it was just me. I liked it the way it was which was why I've ordered it for years even though it takes a while sometimes to get it in the mail. vI'd like to make sure I get the SPF 15 back!

Doesn't anyone wonder why there has been a problem |

I am a long time user of Hydron (since the line was introduced on QVC) and during the last couple of years I have seen such problems with product availability and more recently with the product. I usually use the Hydronomins Daily Moisturizer but it has not been available for over 2 month. While the customer service is good, there should not be problems getting the product or with the consistancy. I too have a real problem with the fact that the labeling doesn't mention the SPF15. I have counted on Hydron to give me the sun protection for over 20 years and now I'm not sure if it will work. I am very discouraged with the changes in the product(s).

I am updating my previous review. Customer service called me after my last review.
I explained what I was unhappy about and they went out of their way to fix the problem.
They replaced the moistureizer and it seems much, much better. I still am only giving it four stars because I can't see where the SPF is.
I would feel better if it was listed somewhere on the bottle or package.
I am extremely impressed with the customer service that I have received and I be a loyal user of Hydron as long as they or I am around.

Facial Moisturizer |

FINALLY, MY FACIAL MOISTURIZER IS BAAAAACCCK!
I have changed my rating from a 2 to a 5 once again!! First I want to take this opportunity to thank Kim for taking the time to hear my problem with the Facial Moisturizer I ordered. After receiving the replacement, I still was not satisfied with the texture of the lotion. After Kim read my negative comments on their website, she was kind enough to call me,and wanted to know why I didn't call the company. I told her that I emailed them, but noone answered my email. After I gave Kim the product batch number, she checked the consistency of the moisturizer, and also found it to be different. Kim shipped me a 3rd replacement, and finally, this batch is like the original Facial Moisturizer I have been using since Hydron first appeared on QVC. She was also kind enough to send me an extra bottle, and gave me a discount on my additional order. Thank you Kim!!!!
